I bought a gift card online. When will I receive it?
If you pay immediately, you will receive your gift card in your mailbox within the hour.
If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive it in the same way as soon as we have received the payment.
What are the shipping methods?
If you order at Van Eyck Sport, you have several ways to get your package:
- Home delivery
- Delivery to a Bpost collection point
- Pick up at the shop in Aalst
How much are the shipping costs?
How much a shipment costs depends on your shipping method and place of residence. All orders above € 50 are delivered for free in Belgium and the Netherlands. Orders under 50 € will cost you 4.95 € and 5.95 € in Belgium and the Netherlands respectively.
The shipping costs to other countries for all orders are as follows:
- Germany: 6.50 €
- France: 9.50 €
- Austria: 21.95 €
- Switzerland: 21.50 €
- Denmark: 16.50 €
- Spain: 18 €
- Finland: 18.90 €
- UK: 9.50 €
- Ireland: 19.21 €

What is the delivery time of my order?
In Belgium: under normal circumstances, orders for products in stock are delivered within three working days. If the product is not in stock, you will be notified. In that case, the delivery time depends on our suppliers.
Rest of the world: under normal circumstances, orders for products in stock will be delivered within five to seven working days. If the product is not in stock, you will be notified. In that case, the delivery time depends on our suppliers.
Can I pick up orders in the shops?
For logistical reasons, orders can currently only be picked up at the Aalst store.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return an item up to 14 days after delivery. All goods must be returned completely, without damage and preferably in the original packaging. Van Eyck Sport can claim compensation if the product is damaged, or if there is more damage to the packaging than is necessary to open the package.
We will refund you the full amount (price of the returned product including original shipping costs) within 14 days of the arrival of the returned goods. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Why did I receive an invoice after ordering?
You will receive an invoice as proof of purchase. If you have already completed the payment at the time of ordering, you will of course not have to pay again.
Can we pay with ecocheques in your shops?
Yes. We accept ecocheques from Edenred, Monizze and Sodexo for all purchases.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, if you order through our webshop, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. After your order you will receive an email with the necessary details to make the payment. As soon as we receive your payment, we will begin readying your shipment.
How can I pay on the webshop? Which payment methods are there?
At Van Eyck Sport you can pay with Bancontact, MasterCard, Visa or by bank transfer.
Do you do repairs, too?
Yes, we do repairs too. We work with a schedule. After you've brought your bike in, you'll be informed by phone or text message when it has been repaired.
Do you also sell children's bikes and electric bikes?
Yes. The Van Eyck Sport range offers a wide range of children's bikes and e-bikes. Feel free to take a look at the webshop. Or just drop by in one of our shops!
Tip: for e-bikes you can visit the e-bike store in Erpe-Mere.
Do you sell everything from the webshop in the physical stores too?
All articles you find in the webshop are for sale in our stores, provided that there is sufficient stock.
However, we do not always have all products in stock. Please contact your Van Eyck Sport store: a colleague will be happy to help you.
Do you offer bike carriers?
Yes. Please take a look under the bike carriers category for our current offer.
Do you mount your own bikes?
Yes, we assemble bicycles ourselves. Just like with a repair, we work with a planning.
What are the advantages of the loyalty card?
With the loyalty card you get a 10% discount on clothing, helmets, glasses and shoes. The discount also applies to certain brands of parts.
How can I apply for a loyalty card?
A loyalty card will be sent to you when you make your first purchase through the webshop. You can also receive the loyalty card directly at the cash registers in our stores.
